If you are walking from the sea along the Ferry Road, once the Broadpool, you pass the buildings of the cadets for army and air force. The TA Centre has a large sign commemorating the Seaforth Highlanders who died in WW1, and you come to the Ross Memorial Hospital.
The material here is adapted from the exhibition display by J C Leslie and S J Leslie, authors of The Hospitals of Ross & Cromarty (2023), and is used here by their kind permission.
